Welcome to The Archer
Welcome to The Archer, an all-day bar and bistro serving refreshing drinks and tasty food. Set right on the Whangaparaoa Road in Stanmore Bay; wander into this friendly local straight from your home or from the beach.
Come to our bar for a casual drink or bite to eat, or settle in for the afternoon in our lounge area. On offer is a selection of local, craft and international beers, as well as an extensive selection of NZ wines.
Our Story
We are all about keeping things casual but also offer table service at our bistro. The bistro is open 7 days for lunch and dinner from 12.00 pm until late. Part of our bistro service includes a 12-seat private dining room.
When it comes to food, there is plenty to choose from – whether it’s a burger or wings in the bar or sit down for table service in our bistro and enjoy our Mediterranean-inspired menu. The menu has been created with seaside dining in mind: think local seafood, steak, vibrant salads, house-made pasta, pizzas and shared platters.
With its retractable roof, the Conservatory space is a beautiful beer garden or a premier event venue for your next celebration or family gathering.
Stay for an afternoon drink on the outdoor terrace, enjoy cold beer or cocktail and our all-day food bar menu.
The Archer is family-friendly, offering an extensive kids’ menu and a large selection of our house sodas and soft drinks.
